Studio Guidelines

  • Items delivered to studio must have content already created in SellerCenter.

  • All items delivered to studio must be tagged correctly with the seller skus that were used to create content.

  • Items must not exceed the number of skus indicated in your submission. In addition to this, the skus brought in should have content already existing.

  • All items should be in proper packaging

  • Items without content will be rejected and only accepted when content is available on SellerCentre

  • Branded items e,g Topshop, Zara, H&M, Wahl, JBL, Beats by Dre, Adidas, Nike, etc and designer items will not be accepted unless vendor is authorized by Jumia to sell the brands in question. For more on this kindly contact the vendor support team.

  • You will be required to provide two copies of your delivery note(document containing sample items brought to studio) during delivery of your products.

  • All items will undergo a second QC process after being received into studio to ensure that any extreme damages do not affect the final product. The studio team may contact you to collect your products should they fail QC

  • Items should be picked from the studio within 7 working days when completion on images is done.

  • Items that are not collected from studio within the stipulated 7 working days after vendor has been notified will be forfeited

  • Sensitive products e.g. Makeup, breakable items, sensitive items, accessories should be delivered in boxes.

In order to ensure the best pictures while shooting on our mannequins we kindly request you to use the below sizes as a guide on the sample sizes you should bring to studio.

Receiving of images from studio

  • After completion of work. Images will be sent to you to the email address registered to your account on sellerecentre.
  • You are required to download the images and save them to your laptop within two days.
  • For images shared on the drive please ensure that you save your images ALL from the drive to your laptop as we often get rid of old work to create space on the drive.
  • Always ensure that you have all the images for all the skus brought to studio and in case of any issues please address them as soon as possible before end of 7 days.
